The iron-based inlaid solid-lubricated bearing is a new product using HT200 cast iron as the base material and inlaid with solid lubricant and is a typically material-saving product.When the pressure is lower than 14.5N/mm2or it is required by the mechanical performance, the iron-based inlaid solidlubricated bearing can substitute the Copper-based material, which will reduce the cost and satisfy the service requirement as well.
For example, it can be used in die-set guide post, die carrier of injection machine etc.
