Material composition
The steel-based copper-alloy bearing is produced by compounding the rolled tin bronze and other alloy plates in steel or cast die cavity with special process. It is in possession of the abrasion resistance of copper alloy and high mechanical strength of steel.Compared with traditional copper pieces, it can reduce more than 25% cost. So, it is widely applied in the sliding pairs of various machines and mechanical equipment.
